These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Tamara’s Notary Services and this website. By scheduling an appointment, using this website, or receiving notarial services, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Information
Tamara’s Notary Services provides Mobile Notary, Electronic Notarization (e‑Notary), and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services in accordance with Pennsylvania notarial laws and regulations.
All services are performed by a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public approved for in‑person, electronic, and remote notarization.
2. Not Legal Advice
I am not an attorney and cannot:
- Provide legal advice
- Interpret documents
- Draft documents
- Recommend legal actions
Any information provided on this website or during communication is for general informational purposes only. Clients should consult an attorney for legal questions or document preparation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring documents are complete before notarization
- Providing valid, government‑issued photo identification
- Confirming whether witnesses are required
- Reviewing documents for accuracy prior to signing
- Ensuring technology requirements are met for RON sessions
The notary is not responsible for document content, errors, or omissions.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Service may be declined if:
- Proper identification is not provided
- The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document
- Documents are incomplete or contain blank spaces
- The request violates Pennsylvania notarial law
- There is a conflict of interest
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are based on Pennsylvania statutory guidelines, plus applicable travel, convenience, or service fees. All fees will be disclosed prior to the appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and Stripe/Square (if enabled).
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Travel fees may still apply if the notary has already traveled to the appointment location.
Missed appointments or last‑minute cancellations may incur a fee.
7. Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON services require:
- Identity verification
- A stable internet connection
- A device with audio/video capability
- A secure, approved RON platform
If the session cannot be completed due to technical issues, the appointment may be rescheduled.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Personal information is used solely for the purpose of completing notarial services.

9. Website Use
This website is provided for informational and scheduling purposes only. Tamara’s Notary Services makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of website content.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tamara’s Notary Services is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from document errors
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information
- Technical issues during RON sessions
- Actions taken based on website content
