You must bring a valid, unexpired, government‑issued photo ID, such as:

- Passport
- Military ID
Your documents must be complete and ready for notarization. No blank spaces
3. Can you provide legal advice or prepare documents?
No. As a Pennsylvania Notary Public, I am not an attorney and cannot:
- Draft documents
- Interpret documents
- Provide legal advice

4. Do you travel to homes, workplaces, and public locations?
Yes. As a mobile notary, I travel to:
- Homes
- Workplaces
- Hospitals
- Nursing facilities
- Coffee shops
- Public meeting locations
Travel fees apply based on distance.
5. How does Remote Online Notarization (RON) work?
RON allows you to notarize documents online using a secure, state‑approved platform. You will:
- Verify your identity
- Join a live audio/video session
- Sign electronically
- Receive your notarized document instantly
RON is available statewide.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept:
- Debit/credit
- Zelle
- Stripe/Square
Payment is due at the time of service.
7. What if my document requires witnesses?
Some documents require witnesses. You may provide your own witnesses, or I can provide witness services when available (additional fees may apply).
8. Can you notarize documents for someone who is hospitalized or in a care facility?
Yes — as long as the signer is:
- Alert
- Willing
- Able to understand the document
- Able to present a valid ID
I cannot notarize for anyone who appears coerced or unable to consent.
