Remote Online Notarization (RON) Disclosure & Consent

This Disclosure & Consent explains how Remote Online Notarization (RON) works and outlines your rights and responsibilities as a signer. By participating in a RON session with Tamara’s Notary Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. What Is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

RON allows you to complete a notarization using a secure, state‑approved online platform. The process includes:

  • Identity verification

RON is legally recognized in Pennsylvania.

Recordings are securely stored by the approved RON platform for the legally required retention period.

5. Electronic Signatures & Documents

By participating in a RON session, you consent to:

  • Signing documents electronically
  • Receiving notarized documents electronically
  • Allowing the notary to apply an electronic seal and signature

Electronic documents carry the same legal effect as paper documents.
